Technical translation covers the translation of many kinds of specialized texts and requires a high level of subject knowledge and mastery of the relevant terminology and writing conventions. When translating technical documents it’s essential that all the terminology is translated correctly and consistently.
At Lingovendor, we are aware that using the right terminology consistently is very important in technical translation. We meet this challenge by using CAT tools (such as Trados, Wordfast, SDLX, Déjà Vu, etc.), specialized glossaries, style guides and a rigorous QA procedure.
We have translated all kinds of technical materials, such as technical manuals, user guides, operating instructions and safety guides, for large companies as Schlumberger, Harris Corporation, CAT, BP, Canon, HP, Samsung, Epson and others.
We can provide potential clients with samples of our work and are willing to do a translation test free of charge.
Nowadays most businesses endeavour to expand their businesses overseas e.g. Estate Agents, Exporters, Importers, Manufacturers, Food Companies etc.
So you want to expand your business overseas, but are unsure on how to cope with huge number of incoming emails from your prospective clients or business partners written in foreign language(s)?
OR
You are concerned how to cross the language barrier and to impress and give confidence to your potential clients because you would like to address them in their native language.
At Lingovendor, we have specialist linguists who are experienced in different areas e.g. marketing, legal services, customer services, medical and other general businesses and we recognise that on-line customers are up to five times more likely to make purchases or trade when addressed in their native language.
How Does This Work and what is The Process?
- Email us your letter/email
2. Tell us how many languages you want your letter/email translated into
3. Write us briefly on the aim of your email…
4. Your email and any other document will soon be translated by an experienced translator.
5. We then send your translated email back to you and most of the time you get your translation back on the same day.
6. The other plus point is that it will cost you like all other normal translations.
Quality
Quality is the cornerstone for the growth, even the existence, of any translation agency. We follow a rigorous quality assurance process as each of our translations is completed by a professional translator who is a native speaker of Arabic and who is specialized in the subject matter. A meticulous proofing round by a second linguist ensures an error-free translation. The translation is then passed to our DTP specialists for fixing any formatting issues. The project manager will have a final look before delivering to the client to ensure any client specific instructions have been implemented correctly. All translators, in coordination with our quality manager, work closely together in a cooperative atmosphere to produce the highest quality service possible.
When speed is key, you need a translation company that can keep up. Our import/export sector translations deliver high quality, localized renditions of the documents that keep your client’s product moving. We use mother tongue speakers of more than 200 languages, often living and working in your target territory, to create translations that keep your consignments moving on a daily basis.
